In today's society, mental health is not really an accepted topic. Talking about or processing our trauma is almost seen as a sign of weakness. We all go through so much in our lives, and when we don't healthily address these traumas one of two things happens:
1. We become hardened to our emotions and suppress them. It's almost as if we are numb to everything. This causes us to push things and people away. We lose motivation and drive to do the things we once enjoyed but now no longer can...
2. We experience intense extremes of our emotions. "I never feel balanced... I become angry and sad very easily and I can't control or know why... I rarely ever experience happiness, but if I do, I cling to it, which eventually causes it to run away and not return for a while... "
At Bear Company Counseling it's our mission to equip you with the tools and skills to be the best version of you mentally, spiritually, and physically, while also creating a safe space that reminds you that it's okay to talk, it's okay to feel, and it's okay to not be okay.

We offer individual counseling for both youth and adults who feel mentally or emotionally stuck.

We offer couple's counseling to help increase communication and intimacy in relationships.
