Justice Banks

Mental Health Therapist

M.S.W, PLMHP, PMSW

What problem do you strive to overcome?

I aim to provide compassionate, culturally respectful care to adolescents, young adults, and birthing people. I stand firm with honoring each client’s lived experience, identity, and cultural background by creating a space where healing feels both safe and empowering. My approach blends evidence-based practices with deep cultural awareness, centering the unique needs of Black and marginalized communities.

With a focus on anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and perinatal mental health I offer support to clients through the often-overwhelming transitions of life, from adolescence to adulthood to parenthood.

Whether it's helping a teen navigate identity, a young adult process generational wounds, or a birthing person adjust to life before and after baby; I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment that helps build resilience, improve mental health, and feel more empowered as they navigate the complexities of this transformative time.

Romans 8:18  “The pain you are feeling today cannot compare to the joy that is coming.”
