Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. She is deeply passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges, bringing compassion, empathy, and authenticity into her work. Amanda has experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, grief, domestic violence, infertility, infidelity, relationship and family conflict, divorce, codependency, personality disorders, and low self-esteem.
She has also worked closely with first responders, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities. Her diverse clinical background allows her to provide inclusive, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique identity and lived experience.
Amanda understands that life can bring seasons of stress, uncertainty, and transition that feel overwhelming. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges openly, build confidence in their ability to cope, and move toward greater healing, balance, and self-compassion.
Her approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, grounded in the belief that each individual is unique. Amanda tailors treatment to align with each client’s specific needs and goals, combining compassionate listening with evidence-based practices. She works with clients to regulate emotions, manage stress, improve communication, and develop the skills necessary to create meaningful, lasting change.
Amanda prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship from the beginning, helping clients identify clear, values-driven goals. Many clients begin to notice gradual improvement within the first month, and with continued support, experience sustained personal growth and transformation.
